Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and may not be able to be canceled. Please email us @ hello@poppypine.com

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After this period, please email us at hello@poppypine.com.

Custom & Bulk Orders

• All custom and bulk orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
• Production begins shortly after the order is confirmed, so changes or cancellations are not possible.

Shipped Orders

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns.

How to Request a Cancellation

• To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
• We will do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed time frame.

Important Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
• We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside of this policy.
