We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and may not be able to be canceled. Please email us @ hello@poppypine.com
Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, please email us at hello@poppypine.com.
Custom & Bulk Orders
- All custom and bulk orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
- Production begins shortly after the order is confirmed, so changes or cancellations are not possible.
Shipped Orders
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns.
How to Request a Cancellation
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed time frame.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
- We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside of this policy.
