Refund policy

THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS! We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!  Here’s what you need to know if that’s your case. 

We accept returns for 14 days after your order is delivered. Your return must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery. There is a flat rate shipping fee for the return of $6.  You can initiate your return by clicking here. 

A few other things to consider:

  • All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return that doesn't meet this criteria.
  • Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not except exchanges. 
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit. 
  • Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox please check your spam folder. 
  • Returns and refunds are NOT accepted on FINAL SALE ITEMS. FINAL SALE ITEMS include all custom merchandise, seasonal and holiday merchandise, anything marked on sale, any hats, jewelry or hair accessories. 

For damaged, defective or missing items, please email hello@poppypine.com. We must receive notification of damaged, defective or missing items within 14 days of delivery. Please include pictures of the damage and your order number in the email or items will not be able to be replaced.
