Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 business days after your order is placed.  We ship Monday-Friday.  Please note that USPS is experiencing delays on their end which may affect the shipping time on your order.  Poppy & Pine is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • Free Shipping at $85 purchase
  • All US shipping addresses are charged a $7.00 flat rate fee for Standard Shipping, if order is under $85
  • We do offer UPS Options pricing varies per shipping address, but is shown at checkout.
  • All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 
  • 4-6 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time. 
  • 3-7 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 
  • We aim to ship upgraded Next Day and 2nd Day shipping orders within 2 business days, regardless of the estimated delivery date shown at checkout. Please note this is not guaranteed and may depend on inventory availability. If you have any questions, feel free to email us

  • We do not ship any orders on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays.

  • Pre-order items ship times vary by product and eatimated ship dates are listed in the item description. ETA's listed at checkout do not apply to any pre-order item included in the order.

  • We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume during peak holiday seasons and storewide sales, orders may take slightly longer for processing.

  • We start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they are received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Poppy & Pine cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.  If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate the search for your package
  • Poppy & Pine cannot refund upgraded shipping fees if the carrier has delayed the package after it leaves our facility
