General
We release new collections on Tuesday and Thursday each week at 10 a.m. central time.
If an item is out of stock, the listing will have a button to be notified when the product is back in stock. Signing up for that notification is the best way to stay in the loop.
At this time we do not offer in-person shopping. However, we do offer in-store pickup which can be selected at checkout. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when our retail store opens.

shipping
We process orders in 2-4 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday.
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday and do not ship on nationally observed U.S holidays. We start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they are received.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that USPS is experiencing delays on their end which may affect the shipping time on your order. Poppy & Pine is not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
In transit times vary and are completely dependent on USPS. 3-7 days is their standard shipping time. This does not include the 1-3 business days processing time.
When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. The best way to see where you package is in the mail system is using the tracking number provided.

At this time, we only ship to the United States.
All US shipping addresses are charged a $6.00 flat rate fee, if order is under $75
Once your package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider.
Poppy & Pine cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate the search for your package
