Poppy & Pine Wholesale Policy

By signing up to a wholesale account, you agree to the following guidelines.  Please note, not adhering to these rules are subject to having your wholesale account cancelled without notice.  
Poppy & Pine reserves the right to refuse to sell to any store/boutique.
Customers are required to use keystone pricing. This means that you must charge your customers double the wholesale cost that you purchase the products for on the Poppy & Pine wholesale website.  Seasonal items may be marked down to a lower price 30 days of purchase.  Non seasonal items may be marked down 60 days of purchase.  You will be contacted by us if your prices are lower than the keystone pricing and your wholesale account will be subject to cancellation.
Poppy & Pine requires a $150 opening order, with a 4-piece minimum order, per design as your first order as a wholesale customer.  After this, a 4-piece minimum order, per design is required.
We print all your orders, as you request them by placing your order.  Because of this, returns are only accepted if there is an error on our side OR the item is damaged. Wholesale customers are required to notify us of any order issues within 4 business days of receiving your order at We encourage you to check your order upon receipt!
Selling P&P merch on Amazon, 3rd party websites or Ebay is strictly prohibited.  This will ensure that your wholesale account is promptly cancelled without notification.  
Wholesale order processing usually takes 2-5 business days once order is received.  During this time your order is being printed and packaged.  Your order will ship after the processing time, and you will be emailed your tracking details.  To locate your shipping information, log-in to your account and locate your order.  Shipping times vary and your up to the carrier once they leave our facility.  Please account for longer shipping times during the holiday season.
