Our opening order for new wholesale accounts is $130. After the opening order, minimum orders are 5 pieces per style. 5 per Adult AND 5 Per Youth sizes required when both are purchased
We do not. You will pay for your order when you checkout using the available payment options.
Yes, at Poppy & Pine we design, and screen print all our wholesale products in-house at our New Melle Missouri facility.
Yes, as long as it hasn't left our facility, we will add to your order and invoice you. Please email wholesale@poppypine.com. Please be advised that your order may take longer to fulfil if you're adding to the order.
Shipping is based on the order size, order weight and on your location from our warehouse outside of St. Louis, MO. Items are shipping Priority Mail with USPS.
We ship within 1-5 business days. Shipping can be 2-5 business days depending on the carrier.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive your shipping notification via email with your tracking details. You can also log in to your wholesale account and find your order status and tracking details there.
Need your order quickly!? We will rush your order to the front of the production line and ship it out within 24 business hours, for a surcharge. Please email wholesale@poppypine.com for details.
At this time, we only ship inside the continental United States.
We gladly accept returns for any merchandise that is damaged or defective. You must notify us within 4 business days of receiving your order. Please email us at wholesale@poppypine.com with your order number. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason outside of this policy.
You can cancel your order ONLY if we haven't yet sent it though production. Please email your order number to wholesale@poppypine.com.
